Knowledge Hub is your central repository for storing and organizing content that powers your AI agents. It allows you to create, manage, and version control different types of content for AI training and responses.

How to Use Knowledge Hub

Creating Content

Method 1: Add Snippet

  1. Go to Knowledge Hub section
  2. Click "Add Snippet"
  3. Enter content name and description
  4. Type your snippet content
  5. Save as draft

Method 2: Upload File

  1. Click "Add Knowledge Hub"
  2. Choose "Upload File"
  3. Select PDF, DOCX, or TXT file
  4. Add name and description
  5. Save as draft

Method 3: Add Markdown

  1. Click "Add Snippet"
  2. Choose "Markdown" type
  3. Write markdown content
  4. Preview formatting
  5. Save as draft

Publishing Content

  1. Review your content
  2. Click "Publish" to make it live
  3. Content becomes available to AI agents
  4. Track usage in the knowledge hub list

Managing Versions

  1. Open published content
  2. Click "Create New Version"
  3. Make your changes
  4. Save as draft version
  5. Publish when ready

Connecting to AI Agents

  1. Go to AI Agents section
  2. Edit an agent
  3. Select knowledge hub content
  4. Save agent configuration
  5. Agent now uses the content

Content List View

  • Content Table: View all knowledge items
  • Type Filter: Filter by snippets, files, markdown
  • Usage Tags: See which agents use each item
  • Version Status: Track draft and published versions
  • Search: Find content by name or description

Content Detail View

  • Content Preview: View formatted content
  • Version History: See all versions and changes
  • Usage Tracking: View connected AI agents
  • Edit Options: Create new versions or edit drafts
